We are always available if there is any little extra you may require yet you have utmost privacy with your own entrance, patio and oak front door.

Additional property information. Orchard Paddocks is nestled in the surrey hills tucked down a 500 metre driveway. It is located one mile from the pretty village of Bramley, 4 miles from historic Guildford and just 3 miles from Godalming. An endless choice of restaurants and pubs all around. Local shops in Bramley include a Supermarket, choice hairdressers, electrical shop, florist, newsagent and a chemist. For commuters a 7-10 minute drive takes you to the nearest main line station, Farncombe which is only a 40 minute train ride to London Waterloo and offers inexpensive parking. Gatwick and Heathrow are just a 45 -60 minute drive away. Furthermore we ensure a strict non-smoking policy on the premises and cannot cater for pets.

The apartment…. Your entrance is onto a decked secluded patio area with table and two chairs tastefully decorated with large pots. Car parking is only 10 metres away. Entry to a porch area, before stepping into the brand new:- Kitchen with solid oak polished worktops. Built-in appliances include dishwasher, fridge, freezer electric fan oven, smooth top hob with extractor fan. Also a washer and a dryer for your convenience

Plates, cutlery and cooking implements as will as an espresso machine, breadmaker and smoothie maker, coffee/tea cups/mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, tea pot/coffee machine, egg cups, cooking utensils, pots/pans, colander, serving spoons, table mats, chopping board, microwave oven, basic condiments (salt and pepper), kettle, toaster, fruit bowl, washer, dryer, welcome pack, kitchen towels, cleaning cloths, washing up liquid/brush.The Living and Bedroom areas are combined into one large room, there is not a separate bedroom.

Living area: Radio/television with freeview, wireless internet connection, comfortable three seater sofa with feather cushioning, seating (separate dining area), candle holders

Bedroom Area: Double bed with 100% cotton sheets four pillows and spare linen coat hangers in the cupboards, iron-ironing board, bed lamps. Adjustable Thermostatically controlled radiators so you can set your own comfortable temperature.

Bathroom: Towel rack, complimentary soap and shampoo/conditioner and towels, (non slip) bath mat, shower/bath option, toilet paper, warm airing cupboard. In general: information pack on emergency services and local interests. Some extra services available at extra cost such as dry cleaning, Waitrose food order.

TARIFF per week: £280 - £320 10% discount for four – twelve weeks duration. 15% discount for twelve or more weeks. All prices inclusive of heat, electricity, linen and towels. There is a no smoking and no pets policy with this apartment. Parking, free of charge, is conveniently just outside your entrance. A Regular bus service is 1 mile away in the village of Bramley. It is not advisable to rely on public transport as the lane leading to the village does not have a pavement, so we do recommend a car if you wish to stay here. For a directional map - Google Maps
